Questions
Why not just replace the sticks with new stock ones?
Stock sticks use the same contact-pad design that caused the drift, so it usually comes back. Hall effect and TMR sticks use magnets, so there’s nothing rubbing to wear out.
Will my controller still work the same?
Yes — wireless, vibration, adaptive triggers and every button keep working. It just stops drifting.
What’s the difference between Hall effect and TMR?
Both use magnets and don’t wear out. TMR sticks use a newer sensor that draws less power and can feel even more precise. We’ll recommend the best fit for your controller.
Can I mail my controller in?
Yes. Drop off in Miami, arrange local pickup, or ship it in — choose your option on the request form.
