Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Legends Tech (“we,” “us” or “our”) collects when you use legendstech.net, buy from our store, or send us a repair or 3D printing request, and how we use and protect it. The short version: we collect what we need to run your order or request, we don’t sell your personal information, and you can ask us to see or delete it.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Orders: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and what you bought.
- Repair and mod requests: your name, phone number, email, device details, a description of the problem, and your delivery and contact preferences.
- 3D printing requests: your name, email, phone number (optional), your address if you choose delivery or shipping, your description, and any photos, 3D files or links you upload.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, phone call or text message.
Payment information
Payments are handled by WooPayments, which is powered by Stripe, and by Klarna or Affirm if you choose to pay over time. Your card details go directly to those providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the site, we and our service providers automatically collect basic technical information. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you got to our site (for example, from a search engine or social media). It is collected using cookies and similar technologies described in section 4.
2. How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, including local pickup.
- To review repair and print requests, send quotes, and keep you updated by your preferred method (email, text or call).
- To process payments and help prevent fraud.
- To answer questions and provide customer service.
- To send you one email after your order is completed asking how it went and inviting you to leave a review (see below).
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t send marketing emails unless you’ve asked to receive them.
Review request emails: about a week after an order is completed, we may send you one email asking you to review us on Google. We send no more than one of these every three months, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Leaving a review is completely optional.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes. We keep request details for as long as needed to complete your request and support it afterward, such as warranty questions or reorders. Photos and 3D files you send us are used only for your request, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
6. Security
Our site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and payments are processed by PCI-compliant payment providers. We limit who can access customer information. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects you, as required by law.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy,
- correct information that’s wrong,
- delete your information (we may need to keep some records, like completed orders, to meet legal requirements), or
- stop contacting you by a particular method.
To make a request, email legendstech305@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We’ll respond within a reasonable time, and we honor these requests no matter which state you live in.
Texts and calls: if you call or text us, we use your number only to reply about your order or request. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
8. Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Links to other sites, such as our social media or marketplace profiles, are covered by those sites’ own privacy policies.
